I had a busy day today with an early morning workout with Christine and a mid-day lacrosse game with Chip -- and getting motivated to ride was tough! After Chip's game, (they lost), I quickly warmed up -- only to then change into bike gear and head back out in the cold to meet my sister at the Atomic Cafe in Marblehead for National Siblings Day!
Still waiting for some warm weather...
