Summer is so over. The morning temps have been quite chilly, and I haven't been on a
Cyclopath breakfast ride in ages. Most of my riding has been around town... not even bothering with the Garmin. I've been working out in the mornings with a neighbor, walking 2 miles each day, and that's been great. (I had actually planned to start running when I asked her to join me -- but she told me she couldn't run because of a bad knee. So we are walking. FAST.)
I think I walk faster than I run anyway.
We've had a beautiful start to fall. I sure wish it lasted longer!
