Our weather over the weekend was on the cool side, with a light rain on Saturday. Being fair-weather riders, I had a feeling that I'd be the only Cyclopath on the breakfast ride, so I headed out a little later in the drizzle and took a quick spin over to Winter Island. It's PMC weekend, and I couldn't help but think of Sam and all of our PMC rides together. I miss him.
Sunday's ride was slow -- I really didn't have much energy -- but it was a nice ride up through Ipswich and a good way to end the week. We have houseguests this week, (arriving in two hours), and I'm hoping I'll be able to stick with my training plan despite the added chaos, (it might be difficult) -- and it's also my birthday on Wednesday. Happy birthday to me! Hahaha...
