It's been a full week since I tested with Shayne at SpiderOne and started a new workout plan. Between that and the circuits I did with Christine on Monday night, (which included a killer TRX rep), I'm really, really, really sore. As I walked up the stairs to the fitness floor at the Y today, I could feel my muscles begging for mercy... and I kinda fluffed my workout today. Some days are just not meant to be.
