We've had a cold blast this week and most of my riding has been indoors. On Monday night, I worked out with heavier weights, which I'm still feeling today, (Thursday), in my shoulders and neck. Maybe I overdid it a little on my overhead presses? I slogged through my workout on the bike yesterday and didn't really pay attention to what I was doing. Hopefully, the soreness will ease up and temps will be warmer for Saturday's group ride, which I'm really looking forward to. Except for a few rides with Ethan and Ed, it's been a lonely winter...
