Sam died peacefully on April 26th at 12:30 AM surrounded by his family. His brave struggle against the cancer that finally got him has been an inspiration to all of us.
A memorial service will be held at Salem High School on Sunday, May 1st, at 10 AM.
Salem High School was always very important to Sam. He requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Salem High School Master Scholarship Fund:
