A few riders from the North Shore Cyclopaths are trying a new online cycling log to track our training and mileage. As I record my stats to the log, I can easily add entries to the blog with a simple click. Several rides are posted below, starting with the
Sea Glass Ride on June 29th. My goal this month is to get my longest ride up to 70 miles, (Cohen Classic), and for my total
weekly mileage to reach 100. Hopefully the weather will cooperate!
